    Balsamic vinegar is an aromatic aged vinegar which can be dated back to the ancient of China. Chinese Balsamic vinegar contains no balsam fruit, mostly made from wheat and (sticky) rice.

    It is very dark brown in color, it’s flavor in rich, sweet, and complex, with the finest grades being the products of years of aged in successive casks. A high acidity level is somewhat hidden by the sweetness of the other ingredients, making it very mellow.

    Balsamic Vinegar has a very long shelf life and can be stored in a closed container indefinitely. It is suggested to store the product at room temperature, but refrigeration is not required, keeping in some cool dark place to best preserve the complexity of its flavors, and keep away from other pungent ingredients.
